This website is a "wiki", similar to Wikipedia, but covering only subjects related to electrotherapy, bioelectromagnetics, PEMF, infoceuticals, subtle energies, quantum therapeutics, and other subjects noted in the Mission Statement below. One objective of this wiki is to identify all of the people, organizations, periodicals, and companies involved with this subject matter, and create a page for each of them, with all of their publications and accomplishments detailed.
Mission of the World Institute for Bioelectromagnetics and Electrotherapy (WIBE):
The primary mission of the WIBE is to serve humanity by conducting and promoting breakthrough research on, and development of, bioelectromagnetic and electrotherapeutic (BEM/ET) devices to help people meet the serious challenges they face in human health, agriculture, and the environment. WIBE seeks to lead the way in this endeavor by using the following technologies in such devices: 1) Pulsed Electromagnetic Fields (PEMF) and Waves, including Light; 2) Pulsed Magnetic Fields; 3) Pulsed Sound Waves ; 4) Electrical Stimulation with Microcurrents (ESM); 5) Infoceuticals, Subtle Energies, and Quantum Therapeutics. Using these technologies, WIBE's objectives include the following:
1. Microbial Diseases: To research and develop BEM/ET devices that can quickly be tuned or adjusted to treat and cure any microbial disease in humans, plants, and animls, be it of natural origin, or intentionally developed or genetically manipulated by researchers to harm others. Such devices would render obsolete bioterrorism, biowarfare, MRSA and other antibiotic resistant microbes, as well as, epidemics and pandemics like AIDS and Covid-19. This is because the microbe inactivation pulse rate, amperage, voltage, and other parameters could be quickly determined for any newly encountered disease causing microbe and publisized worldwide, thereby enabling immediate treatment. Such devices would also eliminate the need to rush research on, and release of, medications or vaccines that have not been adequately tested for the proper amount of time to determine long term side effects.
2. Cancer, Alzheimer's, and Other Dread Diseases: To research and develop BEM/ET devices that will effectively treat Alzheimer's disease, cancer, and other deadly diseases for which there are either no current effecive treatments, or else treatments that have very serious and debilitating side effects.
3. Insect and Other Pest Control: To research and develop BEM/ET devices that will eradicate crop damaging insects and pests, or exclude them from a given crop growing or preparation area. Such devices could also be used in tropical areas to keep malaria and other disease carrying insects out of villages by broadcasting an EM wave or sound pulse that is intolerable for a particulr insect. Smaller such devices could be worn by hunters and other individuals to keep biting insects away.
4. Plant Growth and Yield Enhancement: To research and develop BEM/ET devices that directly stimulate enhanced crop growth and yield to increase food production in a hungry world. Devices for area exclusion of crop damaging insects would also increase crop growth and yield, as well as, eliminate or exclude insects that threaten trees and forests.
5. Herbicide Elimination: To research and develop BEM/ET devices that target specific undesible and/or damaging plants, and thereby reduce or elimnate the need for chemical herbicides. In addition, we seek to develop BEM/ET devices that will inactivate chemical herbicides that have already been sprayed and are contaminating the soil and environment.
6. Pesticide Elimination: In addition to researching and developing BEM/ET devices that will eradicate damaging insects from crop fields and forests, and thereby eliminate the need for pesticides, we seek to develop BEM/ET devices that will inactivate chemical pesticides have already been sprayed and are contaminating the soil and environment.
7. Electromagnetic Pollution: To research and develop devices and methods to reduce or eliminate the electromagnetic pollution and hazards of electromagnetic waves and fields coming from power lines, cell phone towers and cell phone, especially 5G and above, computer screens, and other electrical devices.
8. Environment Preservation and Healing: To enhance envoronmental preservation and healing by greatly reducing or eliminating the need for herbicides and pesticides through the use of BEM/ET devices, as noted in objectives 4 and 5, above.
9. Drug Addiction and Abuse: To research and develop BEM/ET devices that will effectively eliminate an individual's drug addiction or drug abuse of chemical based drugs of any kind.
10. Electronic and Digital "Drugs": To research and develop electronic and sound equivalents to chemical drugs, and thereby eliminate the need for taking physical drugs such cocaine, heroin, meth, and others with all the dangers that taking such drugs entail, such as toxic contamination. The devices developed would included headsets, helmets, and other wearable devices that provided electrical and sound stimulation to produce the same "highs" as the chemicals, but avoid the dangers and hazards of the chemical products, and the crime and social hazards that illicit drug use engenders.
11. Memory and Cognitive Enhancement: To research and develop methods and devices that enhance one's ability to remeber, concentrate, analyze, calculate, and exercise other cognitive skills;
12. Literature Acquisition, Preservation, and Free dissemination: In addition, WIBE seeks to identify, digitize, and preserve all writings and other literature related to the above subjects, and to provide a global platform through the WIBE Wiki and WIBE Digital Library, whereby such materials can be made freely available to the world.
13. Researcher Assistance and Funding: WIBE seeks to enhance researcher collaboration, cooperation, and coordination of research projects related to the above objectives in order to increase and enhance the research being done, but also to eliminate duplication of efforts. In addition, WIBE works to help arrange worldwide financing for the development of the most innovative, disruptive, and transformative technology and services related to the above objectives.
Vision of WIBE
The vision of WIBE is to be one of the major scientific research and development institutes in the world in the fields of bioelectromagntics and electrotherapeutics: 1) doing scientific research on and investigating reports of breakthroughs in these fields; 2) promoting the development of extraordinary devices, products, and services in these fields.
We are an activist research and development organization, leading and pushing the boundaries of R&D to devop the electrotherapeutic devices needed to meet the serious challenges facing humanity in the fields of health, agriculture, and the environment.
